Practical AI. Everyday work.

Less busywork.More possibility.

A calmer way to turn scattered notes, requests, and everyday operations into clear next steps. Built around the way small teams actually work.

Early-stage concept. Thoughtfully in progress.

The work between the real work

Small tasks. A bigger picture.

We're starting with the everyday workflows that deserve less copying, less chasing, and a little more clarity.

01

Make sense of requests.

Bring an owner, a due date, and the next action into focus. Start with the context, not another empty spreadsheet.

02

Turn notes into next steps.

Keep the useful parts of a meeting moving. Pull explicit action items into a simple checklist your team can review.

03

Make handoffs clearer.

Put the essentials in one readable brief, so the next person can pick up the work without retracing every conversation.

Try the idea, not just the pitch

A little structure goes a long way.

Choose a sample or edit the note below. This browser-only prototype organizes explicit labels and action lines. No AI model is connected.

Use Topic:, Owner:, Due: and start each action with a dash (-). Other lines stay in your note but are not extracted.

02 / Your next steps

Review before using

Fictional samples. Rule-based extraction, not AI. Notes stay in this page and are not uploaded or saved by the application. Use non-sensitive text and review every result.

Our approach

Useful first. Thoughtful always.

Good tools should make work feel lighter, not add another layer to manage. These are the principles guiding the product we want to build.

Where things stand

Today: a local workflow prototype. Next: evaluating AI-assisted extraction and a reviewable, secure way to connect it to real work.

01

Start with the actual work.

A narrow, useful workflow comes before a long feature list. Understand what happens today, then make the next step simpler.

02

Make the output reviewable.

Keep source context close to the result. In this prototype, every extracted action points back to its original line.

03

Keep people in control.

A suggested next step is not an automatic decision. No messages are sent and no outside systems are changed by this demo.

The idea behind the lab

Less noise. More room for meaningful work.

NalarAid is an early-stage product concept focused on practical AI for operational work. Our starting point is simple: small teams deserve clear, approachable tools for the tasks that fall between their main responsibilities.

A few things worth knowing

Clear expectations. From day one.

Can my team use this in production?

Not yet. This is an early prototype, not a production service. It has no accounts, shared workspaces, document uploads, or external integrations. You're welcome to explore the demo using non-sensitive sample text.

Is the prototype connected to an AI model?

No. The demo uses simple rules in your browser to read labels and list items. AI-assisted extraction is a future direction, not a feature available on this page today.

What happens to the text I enter?

The application keeps your note in page memory while you use the demo. It does not upload it, store it in a database, or save it to browser storage. Reloading the page resets the demo. Copying or downloading a brief is your choice.

What can the current demo extract?

It reads explicit Topic, Owner, and Due labels, plus actions that start with a dash, bullet, or number. It supports English and Indonesian labels. Missing information stays missing; the demo does not guess or interpret free-form paragraphs.

Make room for
better work.

Start with one workflow that slows you down. Create a simple brief and make the problem a little clearer.

Start with the workflow.

Describe one repeatable task. You can download the brief to your device. Nothing is submitted to a server.

This tool creates a local text file, not a sign-up or a support request. Avoid including confidential or sensitive information.
